Return policy

At Sigarco, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality and safety standards for our products. Due to the nature of tobacco products, our return policy is subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under these circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used tobacco products.

Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at service@sigarco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable)

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us via email for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used tobacco products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Items returned beyond the specified timeframe

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

Important Notice

  • Customers are responsible for complying with local laws regarding tobacco products

  • Sigarco reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
